CASE STUDY

Squash 73 is a multidisciplinary, cultural space in a remodeled building that once was a squash club. With two courts and a studio it can host pretty much any art–related activity, whether it is a drink and draw, a ceramics workshop, an exhibition, a photoshoot or a theatre rehearsal. The aim was to create a fresh and playful identity that spoke to a young audience about the creative possibilities within the place while keeping in mind its athletic roots. This was accomplished with dynamic graphic elements that come from the reinterpretation of old squash tactics diagrams.
