CASE STUDY

Risomi is a digital agency focused on crafting strategies that break away from the ordinary and embrace new narratives. The name is inspired by the concept of the "rhizome": horizontal root systems that connect across nodes, mirroring the digital world as an inherently rhizomatic, interconnected space. The logo features a custom typeface with high contrast and subtle irregularities that disrupt its rigid structure, lending a modern, youthful, and dynamic character. Accompanying the wordmark is an abstract icon that symbolizes networks and the flow of ideas through interconnection. Secondary graphics reinforce the brand’s conceptual foundation by blending natural and digital elements: plants and fungi appear alongside folders, pixels, tabs, and battery icons. This visual fusion reflects the brand’s core analogy between nature and technology, while also creating a visually engaging experience. The color palette furthers this narrative by combining earthy tones with a bright blue hero color, often seen in hyperlinks, which enhances the contrast between organic and digital aesthetics. Altogether, Risomi’s visual identity captures a forward-thinking, interconnected approach to digital strategy.
